We have various opportunities to join CRG in the digital marketing space across Country Road, Witchery and Politix.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is supporting the central Digital Marketing and Loyalty teams in developing and executing the brand’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with the broader marketing objectives. As the primary liaison into the central Digital Marketing team, the role ensures the brand's digital needs are met across all channels, driving results in paid, owned, and earned media. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist manages digital visual merchandising, optimising creative assets for digital channels to maintain brand consistency and user experience.
Key Accountabilities
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to coordinate the overall marketing strategy.
Support the Digital Marketing team in Customer and Digital to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy in alignment with the brand’s marketing objectives.
Act as the point person within the brand team to ensure the smooth execution of all digital marketing activities across all channels, including briefing the creative team for production requirements of paid media creative
Provide regular performance and process updates and meetings with C&D Digital Marketing team
Support the central Loyalty and Insights teams to develop and execute new and innovative CRM strategies and loyalty campaigns in alignment with the brand’s objectives
Work with internal and external teams to plan and produce all imagery required for navigational, inspirational and campaigns.
Translate creative assets into digital formats, ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints (e.g., website, social media, email).
Key Capabilities
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends, with strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, paid search, SEO, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyse data, interpret results, and make informed recommendations
