At Trenery , we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our integrated marketing program, driving brand desirability, customer engagement and commercial growth for a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will oversee seasonal campaigns, digital marketing, loyalty and clienteling initiatives, PR, social media, partnerships and premium customer experiences. Leading a small high-performing team and working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in bringing the Trenery brand to life across every customer touchpoint.
How You Will Contribute
Lead the planning, development and execution of Trenery’s integrated marketing program, ensuring all activity aligns with brand strategy, customer experience and commercial priorities.
Own and manage the retail marketing calendar, coordinating seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and key brand moments across all channels.
Partner closely with Planning, Buying, E-commerce, Retail and Customer teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and customer opportunities.
Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans for key marketplace and concession partners, including David Jones, Myer and The Iconic.
Lead the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, from briefing and planning through to implementation, optimisation and post-campaign review.
Oversee digital marketing activity across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand, customer and commercial objectives.
Lead the marketing workstream for loyalty, clienteling and customer engagement initiatives, partnering closely with Retail and Loyalty teams.
Manage PR, influencer and brand partnership activity to drive brand awareness, engagement and desirability.
Lead the planning and delivery of premium customer events, activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and reporting, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest brand standard.
Build strong relationships across the business and with external agency partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on growth, accountability and excellence.
Capabilities We Value
Extensive experience in brand marketing, campaign management or integrated marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
Proven experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and evaluation.
Strong experience managing retail marketing calendars, promotional activity and seasonal campaign planning.
Demonstrated success delivering premium customer events, activations and experiential marketing programs.
Experience managing PR, influencer programs, brand partnerships and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing principles.
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, forecasting and measuring marketing effectiveness.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
Highly organised with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership capability, with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
