Bring our brands to life online. As a Front-End Content Developer, you will play a key role in creating engaging digital experiences that inspire customers and drive eCommerce performance across our CRG websites. From building compelling homepages, campaign landing pages and editorial content to delivering promotional assets that support key trading moments, you will help shape the way our customers experience our brands online.

Working collaboratively with our Marketing and Digital Trade teams, you will also contribute to optimising templates, enhancing customer journeys and continuously improving our content delivery processes. **Please note that this is a 6 month FTC with potential to extend**

How You Will Contribute

  • Build, update, and optimise campaign landing pages, promotional modules, banners, custom campaign add-ons, and seasonal content across CRG brand websites
  • Execute content across devices and browsers, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and performance
  • Work closely with Digital Trade and Creative teams to coordinate delivery of assets and ensure timely execution aligned to trade and marketing calendars
  • Support ongoing template, layout, and component enhancements
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues, minor bugs, or layout inconsistencies
  • Maintain and update CMS-driven content, ensuring correct configuration of metadata, SEO requirements, and content governance standards
  • Contribute to content performance reporting, providing insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively identify opportunities for better content efficiency, automation, personalisation, or improved campaign execution
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital Trade teams to support SEO requirements, tagging accuracy, and measurement consistency
  • Ensure all executions align with brand guidelines and deliver high levels of quality and accuracy.

Capabilities We Value

  • Bachelors degree in relevant fields including Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing
  • Experimentation certifications including CRO, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
  • UX/UI Design knowledge or certifications
  • Experience in front-end content development, web production, or digital marketing execution in an eCommerce or agency environment
  • Strong capability with HTML and CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (headless CMS experience beneficial)
  • Experience building campaign pages, promotional content, and digital assets
  • Familiarity with tag management tools, marketing technology integrations, or analytics platforms
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative / marketing teams.
