In this position, the eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and timely upload and management of product content, online merchandising, marketing and promotional materials, and digital inventory on the brand's website.
The role will also support the eCommerce Operations Manager in executing brand digital initiatives and delivering cross-functional eCommerce projects, including the launch of new online sales channels.
Additionally, the eCommerce Coordinator will contribute valuable customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) insights to enhance the site's usability and overall online performance.
How You Will Contribute
- Ensure accurate and effective merchandising of all nominated products across brand and third-party websites/marketplaces, including imagery, descriptions, and categorization.
- Monitor stock levels to support product availability and sales performance.
- Coordinate timely setup of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales across eCommerce platforms, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
- Deliver on-brand content and imagery in line with Merchandise and Marketing plans, collaborating with design and creative teams to meet deadlines.
- Support the planning and execution of front-end site developments.
- Assist the eCommerce Manager in maintaining website accuracy and adherence to system processes.
- Leverage online metrics and KPIs to support in identifying strategic opportunities, including improvements in SEO, CX, UX, trade, and merchandising.
- Provide insights & recommendations toward improving both our Digital strategy and online sales performance.
Capabilities We Value
- Experience with an omni-channel retailer.
- Demonstrable experience within, and understanding of, several key functions of a Digital department within an omni-channel retailer.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of product content or online merchandising fundamentals within a large retailer.
- Demonstrable experience working with a variety of digital marketing or eCommerce tools and platforms.
- Experience supporting operational eCommerce activities that pertain to site content and merchandising, promotional execution, and digital stock management
