We're looking for an Influencer Relations Specialist to lead the conversations that get people talking. From partnering with creators and influencers to delivering scroll-stopping content, you'll help elevate our brand across social channels.
Working as part of our marketing team, you'll develop and execute influencer strategies that build brand love, spark engagement, and create authentic advocacy. You'll collaborate with Brand and PR teams to deliver an always-on approach as well as campaigns that are culturally relevant, creatively bold, and aligned with our wider marketing and communications strategy.
How You'll Contribute
- Develop and deliver influencer, creator and user-generated content (UGC) strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and commercial outcomes as part of the social media strategy
- Source, recruit and manage relationships with influencers, creators and content partners, building a diverse and high-performing creator network.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
- Manage an always-on influencer approach including launching an affiliates program
- Plan, coordinate and integrate influencer content across the social calendar including providing recommendations for amplification
- Grow and manage a scalable UGC program that supports the broader social content strategy.
- Collaborate with Brand and PR teams to align influencer activity with campaigns, product launches, events and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise creator programs and investment.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure influencer and creator programs deliver consistent messaging, enhance brand reputation and maximise campaign impact.
- Manage the influencer seeding program, including planning, product allocation, send-outs, tracking and reporting
Capabilities We Value
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Media, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Experience in a similar role preferably within the retail industry, feeding into social media strategy for brands
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategy and content planning across multiple platforms
- Influencer, talent, and contributor management
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills (copy, visuals, short-form video)
- Proficiency in managing budgets, including P&L oversight, forecasting, and tracking expenditures.
- Project management and ability to manage multiple deadlines
