Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a high-impact role at the heart of bringing the brand to life, driving local area marketing, PR partnerships, in-store activations and premium events that build brand desirability and connect with customers. As the brand-side lead for PR, you’ll support with the PR agency relationship and manage the in-house press office, while also driving clienteling, loyalty initiatives and key community partnerships. Working closely with Retail, Merchandise, Marketplace and international teams, you’ll create elevated, consistent Trenery brand experiences across every customer touchpoint.

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop and execute local area marketing strategies and in-store activations to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
  • Plan and deliver luxury-coded store openings, closures, VIP experiences, launches and other brand events end-to-end.
  • Support seasonal campaigns and coordinate marketing activity across relevant channels.
  • Manage PR and media outreach,and lead the PR agency on ad hoc PR projects.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across stores, customer touchpoints and marketing communications.
  • Partner with Retail and CRM teams to deliver clienteling, VIP and loyalty initiatives, including the monthly Gift-with-Purchase program.
  • Manage community, brand and lifestyle partnerships, including activations, agreements and deliverables.
  • Coordinate marketing activity, promotions and assets across wholesale and marketplace partners, including Myer, David Jones and The Iconic.
  • Manage PR, local marketing and event budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reporting and provide insights to optimise marketing activity
  • Support the Social Specialist on KOL/influencer activity as required

Key Capabilities

  • Relevant qualifications in PR, Marketing or Communications
  • Knowledge and experience in managing PR and media campaigns, including formats specific to local area marketing, digital media, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising (desirable)
  • Excellent event planning and management experience
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and control marketing budgets efficiently. 
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality in marketing assets and campaign execution.
