Are you passionate about design, highly organised, and eager to build your career in fashion accessories? As our Design Assistant, you'll provide creative, administrative and day-to-day support to the Senior Designer – Jewellery & Accessories, while working closely with the broader Design and Technical Design teams to help bring our collections to life. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to every stage of the design process, we would love to hear from you!

How you will contribute

• Assist Designers to create detailed and accurate style CADS, design spec sheets and product briefings, BOMs and product range creation
• Research projects including emerging trend and inspiration based on customer segmentation, creative and brand direction (as needed)
• Prepare and collate relevant samples and documentation for key meetings
• Adhere to company timetable and critical path to ensure delivery into stores is on time
• Manage inputs into PLM System, accurately and in a timely manner
• Style Name Database and Management, including facilitating legal approval of style names
• Colour Palette & Hardware Maintenance both physical and digital.

Capabilities we value

• Diploma or degree qualification in Design
• Previous experience or equivalent in a design assistant role, or a graduate with proven design and creative skills  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced settings
• Genuine interest in Jewellery and accessories design, paired with creative flair and a passion for innovative design
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes in all tasks
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
• Strong CAD (Adobe) and Excel skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking.
