As our WHS Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating safe, healthy and compliant workplaces across our retail brands and support centre. Partnering closely with leaders and team members, provide practical advice, coaching and support that empowers our teams to work safely and confidently every day.
You'll be a trusted advisor, helping to identify and manage workplace risks, implement effective safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practice. From coaching leaders and influencing positive safety behaviours to driving wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives, this role has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our people and our culture.

How You'll Contribute
- Provide practical WHS advice and support to leaders and team members across retail brands and the Support Centre
- Build strong relationships with retail leaders, support centre leaders and other key stakeholders
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of WHS policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, codes of practice and company standards
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and manage safety risks
- Develop and where required, deliver WHS training, education and awareness programs · Prepare and facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings and leadership workshops
- Assist in maintaining compliance registers, risk registers and WHS governance documentation
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual WHS reporting requirements
Key Capabilities
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or related discipline (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a fast paced, retail, FMCG or logistics environment highly advantageous
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal
- Ability to influence, negotiate and prioritize tasks
- Sound understanding of Australian WHS legislation and risk management principles
