Are you passionate about bringing creative ideas to life and delivering exceptional fashion and lifestyle content? As our Content & Digital Producer, you'll lead the end-to-end production process, seamlessly managing projects from initial briefing and creative concept through to execution and multi-channel delivery.

Working with a diverse network of talent, locations and creative partners, you'll ensure every shoot is thoughtfully planned, expertly delivered and aligned to our brand vision, timelines and budgets. How you will contribute

  • Plan and produce on-brand, cross-platform, aspirational content with the guidance of the Head of Marketing, Creative Manager & Marketing & Campaigns Manager
  • Produce channel-specific content (including short-form motion) for platforms such as (but not limited to); mobile apps, web, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, paid social etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of shoots ranging from agile digital content to high profile fashion campaigns, overseeing project management, budgets, creative execution and delivery
  • Manage and liaise with internal teams across the Country Road Marketing department to ensure all stakeholders, internally and externally, are aware of key deadlines ensuring content is delivered on time via the work management platform Monday.com
  • Manage post-production SWOTs ensuring all learnings are turned into actions that can be fed back into future planning
  • Manage post-production invoicing and any other relevant admin
  • Partner with Creative Manager, Digital Creative Lead & Social Media Specialist on digital-first content production – including bespoke social shoots
  • Manage engagement, contracts & invoicing for external creative freelancers – including freelancer graphic designers, stylists, digital animators etc.
  • Manage end-to-end retouching for all campaign & digital shoots
  • Be part of delivering iconically Australian fashion productions, collaborating with industry-leading crew to create aspirational content.

Capabilities we value 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • A demonstrated track record in content production
  • A genuine interest in fashion and keeps abreast of current and upcoming trends
  • The ability to work collaboratively and embrace constructive feedback in open forums
  • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines
  • The ability to translate creative ideas into creative content
  • A strong ability to manage budgets with great attention to detail
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
