People Services Coordinator - Country Road Group (Fixed Term)

Purpose

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR administrator to join the People Services team at Support Centre on a 6-month contract as a People Services Coordinator.

In this role, you will act as a trusted administrator and first point of contact for our Frontline Team Members, Line Managers, and People Business Partners. You will provide guidance and support on people-related matters and help deliver practical, efficient HR solutions that ultimately enhance the team member and customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• HR administration and employee lifecycle support
• Supporting people systems and processes
• Liaising with Payroll, TA, and Business Partners on operational matters

Key Capabilities:

• Strong retail knowledge and understands store operations
• Can confidently manage high volumes of work
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
• Ideally has Excel skills and an interest in process improvement
• Drive and interest to work in the people / HR space
• Appreciation for the importance of employee experience and what steps can be taken to improve this space
