Purpose
Support the Workforce Optimisation team for all CRG retail brands to drive operational efficiency across store labour processes, support and triage queries from retail stores relating to our workforce management platform (Ceridian Dayforce) via email and Workplace platform, analyse weekly group store rosters and reporting.
Key Accountabilities
Work closely with subject matter experts in HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure we are adhering to the correct process, procedures and award interpretations
Act as a central point for all system knowledge and capabilities in the business maintaining contemporaneous documentations on functionality and configurations
Lead Regional, Store and Assistant managers in use of the system, best practise rostering
Liaise with technical resources (i.e. IT/Payroll/People/Systems) in testing and deploying biannual major system version upgrade
Undertake or co-ordinate end user UAT for any configuration changes and system upgrades
Maintain suite of standard/automated reports in Dayforce
Key Capabilities
Previous experience in a workforce planning or similar client facing, customer role
Experience in retail / store environment
IT/Systems experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong problem solving skills, collaboration and stakeholder management
