The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the visual identity of the brand across every customer touchpoint. From high-impact brand campaigns to digital, social, retail and print, this role brings bold, commercially driven creative to life in a way that feels modern, elevated and culturally connected.

As a guardian of the brand’s visual language, the Senior Graphic Designer ensures every piece of creative is executed to the highest standard - balancing creativity, craft and agility in a fast-paced environment.
Working collaboratively across the wider creative team, this role also mentors and supports junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, consistency and creative excellence.
How you will contribute
Lead the design and execution of seasonal brand campaigns across digital, social, retail and print
Maintain and evolve the brand’s graphic design systems and visual identity
Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs and customer touchpoints
Concept and design creative assets for campaign launches, brand moments and key trading periods
Collaborate closely with Creative, Designers, Copywriters and Marketing teams to deliver integrated creative solutions
Translate campaign concepts into compelling and commercially effective visual executions
Oversee typography, layout, motion and graphic design direction across channels
Support the rollout and adaptation of campaign assets across multiple formats and platforms
Present creative ideas and design rationale clearly to stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Provide guidance, feedback and mentorship to junior and midweight designers
Work with external partners including freelancers, printers, re-touchers and production suppliers
Help shape a strong and consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints
Deliver elevated design solutions across digital, print and retail
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and graphic systems
Bring fresh creative thinking and culturally relevant ideas to the team.
Capabilities we value
A degree in creative arts, graphic design, or a related field
Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout and visual systems
Experience delivering creative across digital, social, retail and print channels
High level of craft, attention to detail and visual taste
Ability to translate campaign concepts into polished, commercially effective creative
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of motion, content and digital-first creative execution
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers preferred
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong understanding of current design, fashion and cultural trends.
