The Digital Creative Lead role is an exciting opportunity to help evolve Country Road’s creative expression across campaign, content and brand storytelling. Reporting into Country Road’s Creative Manager, this role will work on creative concepting, visual development and execution across all channels, both traditional and digital, including social, motion, creator and emerging content platforms, ensuring all output feels culturally relevant, elevated and aligned with the broader brand direction.
Working closely with the wider Creative team, this role will support the development of integrated campaign and content ideas from concept through to execution, bringing a strong understanding of contemporary visual storytelling, art direction and digital behaviour to all creative touchpoints.
How you will contribute
Lead creative concepting, art direction and visual development across campaign extensions, social content, motion and emerging digital platforms
Concept and produce elevated visual content for Country Road’s seasonal campaigns and product shoots, ensuring alignment across all customer touchpoints
Drive the development of modern content approaches including creator collaborations, iPhone capture, motion, CGI, animation and other digitally native formats
Work closely with internal teams and external creative partners including photographers, stylists, directors, creators and freelancers to deliver engaging and commercially effective creative
Support the broader Country Road Creative team across brand campaign, editorial and product creative, bringing a strong understanding of contemporary visual storytelling and culture
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Country Road’s visual identity and creative expression across channels
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Insights and Product to develop creative aligned to customer behaviour, brand priorities and commercial objectives
Use audience insights and content performance to help inform and evolve creative output.
Capabilities we value
A degree in creative arts, graphic design, video editing, marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with a refined visual eye
Experience in art direction across fashion, lifestyle or editorial content
Ability to translate ideas across stills, motion and digital platforms
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
Video editing and motion experience preferred
Strong understanding of contemporary culture, fashion and digital trends.
