Country Road Group is evolving its CRM capability across five iconic brands and is seeking a Senior Manager - CRM & Marketing Automation to lead this next phase of growth.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a new MarTech platform, from technical build and data migration through to integration, testing and rollout, ensuring a seamless transition and strong foundations for the future.
Beyond implementation, you will drive the performance of CRM and owned channels, with accountability for revenue, engagement and customer lifetime value across email, SMS and emerging channels. You will shift the business from batch-led activity to true 1:1 personalisation, building scalable automation frameworks, embedding best practice, and elevating capability across all brands.
You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and cultivating a high performing team that attracts and retains top talent.
How You Will Contribute
Lead end-to-end CRM platform implementation (build, migration, integrations, UAT)
Design and scale lifecycle automation, behavioural journeys and 1:1 personalisation
Own CRM channel performance, with accountability for revenue, engagement and lifecycle metrics
Establish cross-brand CRM strategy, governance and best practice frameworks
Partner with Technology, Data and Brand teams to deliver a connected ecosystem
Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team and uplift capability across the Group
Capabilities We Value
Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation within an omnichannel retail environment
Proven success leading end-to-end MarTech platform implementations or migrations
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling automation programmes that drive measurable revenue and engagement growth
Experience managing CRM across multi-brand or multi-market organisations with complex customer data environments
Strong commercial acumen, with accountability for owned channel performance
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
Experience working with CDPs, data warehouses and integration architectures
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
