We’re looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Stylist to join Mimco , supporting the delivery of our e-commerce and brand imagery.
Reporting to the Senior Stylist, this role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of e-commerce shoots, from styling and on set coordination through to final asset delivery. With a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, you will ensure every image reflects the Mimco aesthetic, considered, polished and distinctly on brand.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends creative execution with strong operational management, working closely with external studios, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality content at scale. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and precision, requiring a stylist who can seamlessly balance artistic direction with operational excellence.
How You Will Contribute
Lead the execution of e-commerce shoots, delivering elevated, on-brand styling across still life and talent
Oversee on-set flow, ensuring precision across product handling, sequencing, lighting and colour
Support the Senior Stylist in the delivery of campaign and brand shoots across all channels
Manage end-to-end production, including shoot planning, scheduling and studio coordination
Ensure seamless movement and tracking of product samples throughout the shoot lifecycle
Oversee post-production and asset delivery, ensuring all imagery meets brand and platform standards
Contribute to campaign preparation, including styling support, prop sourcing and apparel coordination
Maintain oversight of timelines, budgets and production administration.
Capabilities We Value
Experience in a styling role within a fashion or premium retail environment
A sophisticated eye for styling, composition and detail, with a strong understanding of brand expression
Proven experience across e-commerce and campaign shoots, including both still life and talent
Highly organised, with the ability to manage complex shoot logistics with precision
Confident working on set, with a calm, considered and solutions-focused approach
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Please note ; This role works across our studio and head office, so a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
