We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Social Media Manager to lead and evolve Mimco’s social presence in an ever changing media landscape. This newly created role is pivotal in shaping a socially led, data driven approach to brand growth, positioning Mimco for continued success through strategic, innovative and engaging content.
You will own and drive Mimco’s social media strategy end to end, translating brand and marketing direction into impactful, platform specific content that builds community, strengthens brand relevance and delivers measurable business outcomes.
How You Will Contribute
Lead and execute Mimco’s organic social media and content strategy across all platforms
Develop engaging, on brand content aligned with Marketing and PR objectives
Manage and grow Mimco’s online community with a consistent brand voice
Own the influencer strategy, including talent management and campaign execution in partnership with PR and Events
Collaborate cross functionally to deliver integrated campaigns and social-first storytelling
Analyse performance and optimise strategy through data driven insights and reporting
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
Oversee content creation, including social shoots and short-form video
Manage budgets, reporting, and alignment with the broader marketing calendar
Lead and develop a high-performing social media team
Capabilities We Value
Extensive experience in a Social Media Manager role, ideally within retail or fashion
Proven success in developing and executing multi platform social media strategies
Deep, hands on understanding of social platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
Strong content creation and storytelling skills across copy, visuals, and video
Highly data driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategy
Experience managing influencers, talent, and cross functional stakeholders
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
A natural leader who thrives in a fast paced, high performance environment
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and project management skills
