Country Road is looking for an ambitious, commercially savvy Marketing Specialist to help shape how our brand shows up across retail, partners and digital channels. This is a high-impact role at the heart of campaign execution — bringing ideas to life, strengthening strategic partnerships and driving meaningful growth.

Working closely with the Marketing & Campaign Manager, you’ll deliver integrated campaigns end-to-end while leading local area marketing across our store network and managing key partnerships including David Jones, Myer and Afterpay, as well as our South African business.

You’ll champion a digital-first, test-and-learn mindset — blending brand storytelling with commercial performance to drive engagement, community growth and conversion.

How You Will Contribute

• Deliver impactful local area marketing strategies for store openings, activations and centre initiatives — with ROI front of mind
• Execute seasonal partner strategies to maximise visibility and sales performance
• Support the rollout of integrated campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis
• Manage budgets, reporting and marketing calendars with precision
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless, on-brand execution across every touchpoint
