Styling Coordinator - Country Road

An exciting opportunity to join the styling team for Country Road, Australia’s #1 lifestyle brand. Reporting to the Styling Manager, you will help support the execution of all on-set and pre-production of the styling team across marketing channels. You will support with daily styling requests, managing monthly sample kits, supporting schedules for digital shoots, image deliverables and deadlines as well as product loans. You will ensure the styling team is executing to the brands standard and every shoot runs smoothly from planning to delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Attend all brand and Ecom shoots where required
Work with styling team to ensure all styling is on brand and in line with target customer profiles
Style monthly tastemakers in line with brand strategy
Work with Styling Manager for last minute shoot changes, contingency plans and ensuring shoots are conducted within the deadlines
Communicate all key looks back to VM for the month
Help create content for social media with our PR & Social team
Collate and pull monthly sample kits in line with production and company timelines for creative styling and marketing communications teams
Ensure efficient and timely return of all temporary loaned samples/green seals/protos to the business.
Key Capabilities
Sound knowledge of MS Office products and Mac
Ability to work in a high pressure & fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
Styling experience in the retail/editorial/fashion industry
Experience on photographic shoots.
