This position supports Country Road’s Social Media strategy & management including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter & new channels as they launch. The role will also support Country Road’s influencer program & other marketing initiatives.
This is a key role and an important champion for an innovative, digital-first approach to marketing - implementing test-&-learn strategies to drive brand engagement, community growth & customer conversion.
The role will include social content strategy & creation, managing all social posts scheduling, community management, competitor social & influencer research, influencer/creator briefings & content management.
Key Accountabilities
Support with Social content concepting, capture & editing as well as Influencer & Creator content briefing, product samples & post-production approvals/editing
Manage community management, in line with our guidelines, ensuring smooth & positive interaction with online audiences & customer service
Conduct weekly & quarterly reporting, analyse channel performance, & make recommendations to optimise strategies to drive engagement, community growth, or revenue
Stay up-to-date on social trends, & conduct ongoing competitor research/audits to identify opportunities for Country Road
Assist with developing and briefing external agencies and content partners are required
Support with tastemaker/influencer program to deliver on social strategy including product coordination, talent research, brief assistance and other initiatives as required
Provide ad-hoc support for other marketing initiatives and administration, reporting & general office activities as required, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
Key Capabilities
Professional experience, ideally in social, influencer & / or digital marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving social trends
In-depth technical knowledge of social media insights platforms & analytics tools, with the ability to track & optimise performance
Strong attention to detail, paired with excellent analytical skills to assess campaign success & make data-driven decisions
Effective time management & organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong interest in fashion, trends and culture
Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
