We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Talent & Learning Specialist to join our People team for a 12-month fixed term contract . This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering initiatives that strengthen CRG’s culture, delivering high-quality learning experiences, coordinating talent processes, supporting culture initiatives and contributing to workforce capability uplift across the Group.
Partnering closely with the Head of Culture & Capability, Talent & Learning Manager, OD Manager, People Business Partners and key functional leaders, this role helps ensure CRG’s development programs, talent processes and onboarding experiences are engaging, consistent and aligned to our culture, priorities and future capability needs.

Key Accountabilities
Lead the quarterly Support Centre induction and coordinating onboarding experiences, including event logistics, briefings, catering and new starter gifts
Support key capability projects, including People Management Fundamentals
Support the annual talent cycle including talent insights, data & documentation for talent reviews & succession planning.
Support delivery of culture and inclusion initiatives, including activations, recognition programs and Days of Significance and assist with communications, coordination and logistics for culture-building activities
Build learning modules in the LMS, manage enrolments, track completion data and support basic troubleshooting.
Provide reporting and insights to support decision making in talent, onboarding and learning.
Key Capabilities
Experience in HR, OD, Training or a related people function role
Passionate about culture, learning and employee experience
A confident facilitator who enjoys engaging large groups, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Curious and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
Able to think critically, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with complexity and ambiguity.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
