We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing for the Witchery brand . With a strong focus on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation and retention, this role is critical in driving sustainable, profitable growth and increasing customer lifetime value .
This role owns the execution of a full-funnel, performance-led digital marketing strategy , balancing brand desirability with commercial outcomes to accelerate Witchery’s digital growth.
Key responsibilities
Own and lead the digital marketing strategy for Witchery across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, SEO, CRM and onsite optimisation, managing campaign execution and budgets to deliver measurable growth and ROI.
Translate Witchery’s brand strategy and commercial priorities into clear, actionable digital activation plans across the full customer funnel.
Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Customer & Digital teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that strengthen customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement.
Collaborate with Product Owners and CRM partners to leverage customer data, segmentation and personalised messaging to improve relevance, conversion and lifetime value.
Act as a dedicated brand partner to Witchery , deeply understanding the brand’s customer, category priorities and trading rhythm to deliver tailored, high-impact digital solutions.
Drive continuous performance improvement through testing, experimentation and insights , using analytics to inform optimisation and scale what works.
Key capabilities
Extensive experience in digital marketing within fashion or retail , with deep expertise in full-funnel, multi-channel strategies that balance brand building and performance.
Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar digital budgets , optimising spend across channels to drive efficient customer growth and engagement.
Hands-on experience working with major publishers including Meta, TikTok and Google , planning and executing high-performing campaigns.
Strong capability in measurement and reporting , tracking KPIs across reach, engagement, conversion, loyalty and retention.
Proficiency in marketing technology and analytics tools, including GA4 / Google Analytics and customer data platforms such as Tealium .
Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actions that improve performance and decision-making.
A test-and-learn mindset, applying A/B testing and optimisation to continually lift results and customer engagement.
A passion for fashion, customer experience and digital innovation .
A collaborative leader who works effectively across Brand, Digital, CRM, Product and Analytics teams.
Strong people leadership skills, fostering high performance, knowledge sharing and cross-functional alignment.
