Key Accountabilities
Lead and maintain our communications channels, including Workvivo, MailChimp and LinkedIn
Manage our content calendar, working closely with stakeholders across the business to plan, create and deliver team member first communications and experiences
Proactively seek out and share great stories that bring our culture, strategy and priorities to life across all parts of our business
Support the delivery of internal campaigns and events, from content creation to logistics
Create a variety of dynamic visual, written and digital communications including video, podcasts, news stories and social content
Balance creative work (writing, storytelling, content creation) with operational and admin tasks (platform management, content planning and reporting)
Collaborate with marketing, PR and other teams to deliver a team member first communication approach
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to co-create communications that are inclusive, engaging and aligned to our culture and strategic pillars.
About you
You’re energised by a busy environment and love having lots on the go
You’re a natural connector, curious, proactive and great at building relationships
You’re inspired by communications and storytelling, always on the lookout for new stories and opportunities to share them
You enjoy both the creative and operational sides of comms, from writing to platform management
You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities
You have 3–5 years’ experience in internal communications, ideally in a fast-paced, creative environment
You’re comfortable working with digital platforms and enjoy experimenting with new ways to engage people, whether through video, events, or interactive content
You believe in the power of communications to shape strategy and culture.
