The VM Creative Specialist supports the Head of VM in developing and executing monthly guidelines to bring the brand’s vision to life in-store. This role designs all creative elements for windows, in-store activations and key retail moments, including props, installations and fixtures. The VM Creative Specialist will define technical specifications, including materials, dimensions, and colours, for all design elements, ensuring consistency and quality. Additionally, this role creates floor layouts and styling guidelines for new collections and product refreshes, provides feedback on department-specific fixtures, and produces comprehensive guidebooks to ensure seamless execution by store teams
Please note this is a contract role until February 2027.
How You Will Contribute
- Assist the VM Head/Manager in developing, writing, and administering monthly visual merchandising guidelines.
- Leverage the VM strategy and marketing brief to design creative elements, including props, installations, and fixtures for key retail moments.
- Design all creative for windows and in-store activations
- Define technical specifications (materials, dimensions, colours) for all props and fixtures.
- Create detailed guidebooks for store teams to implement new collections, campaigns, and refreshes
- Collaborate across group, building team cohesion and connection, to inspire and bring our House of Brands strategy to life.
Capabilities We Value
- Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative role within a retail environment.
- Proven experience designing and executing in-store displays, window displays, and product presentations.
- Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand, its aesthetic, and target customer.
- Ability to define technical specifications and communicate them effectively to vendors and contractors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
