As the Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in delivering Country Road Group’s transformation agenda by translating strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes. Acting as the link between strategy, delivery, and business ownership, you will drive portfolio governance, enable cross-functional delivery, and support the successful adoption of change across the organisation. You will help ensure transformation initiatives remain focused on value realisation, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

How You Will Contribute

  • Translate enterprise priorities into clear delivery plans, initiative sequencing and execution roadmaps
  • Track transformation initiatives against financial, customer, operational, digital, and people outcomes, ensuring benefits are realised
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where required to maintain momentum
  • Partner with senior leaders to align transformation priorities with strategic objectives, organisational capacity, and investment decisions
  • Lead and continuously improve Transformation Centre governance, reporting, and decision-making forums
  • Maintain visibility of portfolio performance, initiative health, key milestones, and interdependencies
  • Coordinate change management activities across transformation initiatives to support successful delivery, adoption, and business readiness
  • Partner with Sponsors, Project Managers, and business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption
  • Support the identification and delivery of growth, transformation, and continuous improvement opportunities across the organisation
  • Champion consistent delivery and change practices that improve organisational effectiveness and build enterprise capability.

Capabilities We Value

  • Experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, program delivery, or portfolio management roles
  • Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong change management and business adoption experience within complex organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving capability, and strategic thinking
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, plans, and actions
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
