Talent Acquisition Specialist – Retail Team Member Recruitment (12 Month Fixed Term)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing team and support retail team member recruitment across our iconic brands. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will play an important part in attracting and selecting talent who represent the values and culture of Country Road Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and excited by the opportunity to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. Previous TA experience or formal qualifications are not required - what matters most is your attitude, curiosity, ability to build relationships and willingness to learn.

This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of retail recruitment across all Country Road Group brands, including Country Road, Trenery, MIMCO, Politix and Witchery
• Managing high volume recruitment activity while ensuring a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Building strong relationships with retail leaders and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
• Supporting proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract great talent
• Building and maintaining talent pools to support current and future recruitment needs
• Providing a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Supporting Talent Acquisition and HR projects focused on improving processes, creating efficiencies and enhancing the way we attract talent
• Learning and developing your skills across recruitment systems, sourcing tools and Talent Acquisition practices

Experience in recruitment, HR systems, ATS platforms or sourcing tools is welcomed but not essential. We value attitude, capability and potential- and will provide the support and development needed to help you succeed.
