The Mimco Regional Manager partners with the Head of Retail to execute strategy and drive profitable growth across their region, with full ownership of regional P&L performance. They lead operational excellence, champion a customer-obsessed mindset, and ensure consistent delivery of key performance indicators across all stores. Please note, this is a contract role until July 2027.
Leads and develops Cluster, Store and Concession Managers, empowering them to maximise sales, maintain strong visual merchandising standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Regional Manager translates strategy into action at store level, driving efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement to achieve financial targets.
A core focus of the role is building and leading a high-performing team, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
How You Will Contribute
- Drive profitable growth across the region, with full ownership of regional P&L performance. They lead operational excellence, champion a customer-first mindset, and ensure consistent delivery of key performance indicators across all stores.

- Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our stores with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
- Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
