The Inventory Manager plays a key role in driving inventory performance across Country Road Group, leading inventory control across all brands and Distribution Centres within our network, while optimising inventory flow and positioning within our fashion retail Distribution Centre.
You’ll be responsible for driving inventory accuracy and control across the network, while optimising inventory segmentation, location strategy and bin allocation across the operations. Through strong inventory governance and data-driven decision making, you’ll ensure the right stock is available in the right quantities and locations, optimise stock flow, minimise unnecessary handling and movement, reduce reactive replenishment and maintain strong pick-face availability.
Working closely with Operations, Planning and other key stakeholders, you’ll use data and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, capacity utilisation, productivity and stock availability. You’ll bring a highly analytical and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to influence teams across the network and embed consistent, sustainable inventory practices that support seasonal demand, changing customer needs and an exceptional customer experience.
