The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing & Campaign Manager in the planning and execution of end-to-end brand campaigns, leading delivery across owned and performance channels including email, digital media, SMS, and loyalty. 

Translate Witchery campaign strategy into best-in-class execution, using testing, insights and continuous optimisation to maintain a seamless customer journey and drive engagement, conversion and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, this digitally savvy, commercially driven role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and optimised for performance, driving customer acquisition and retention. 

Please note this is a 12 month contract opportunity.

How You'll Contribute 

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media and loyalty channels, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, asset development, approvals, campaign builds, deployment and timeline management.
  • Translate campaign briefs into channel-specific execution plans while maintaining marketing calendars, critical paths and go-to-market schedules.
  • Partner with internal media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, ensuring all activity meets brand standards, deadlines and performance goals.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance across engagement, conversion and retention metrics, providing actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, support weekly, monthly and post-campaign reporting, and provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
  • Work with internal and external teams to plan and produce all imagery required for navigational, inspirational and campaigns. · Translate creative assets into digital formats, ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints (e.g., website, social media, email).

Key Capabilities 

  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends, with strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, paid search, SEO, and CRM tools. Klaviyo advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret results, and make informed recommendations
