We’re seeking a Product Analyst to join our Digital Product team as a Digital Business Analyst, on a 12-month fixed term contract , helping to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance how customers search, discover, and engage with our products.
Key Accountabilities
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle by proactively defining and refining requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces, helping shape clear problem statements, recommended approaches, and delivery paths
Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and external vendors to drive progress and support timely delivery across our apps and websites
Actively identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and work across teams to resolve them and maintain momentum
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, assumptions, and changes to ensure shared understanding
Build strong, trusted stakeholder relationships, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders and managing competing perspectives
Use analytics, experimentation results, and customer insights to evaluate product effectiveness, inform trade-offs, and identify optimisation opportunities across the customer journey
Support experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis definition, A/B testing, and analysis, translating results into clear actions and next steps
Key Capabilities
Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role within a digital or product-led environment
Strong capability in problem framing, requirements definition, and customer journey analysis, with the ability to challenge assumptions and uncover root causes
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders with differing priorities, including confidently influencing, aligning, and pushing back where required
Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experimentation, and data-informed decision-making
Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to generate insights and support product decisions, not just reporting
Solid understanding of digital product development processes, including UX/UI principles and technical concepts
Able to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving product environments with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives
Comfortable working with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira or Trello, with the flexibility to adapt to new tools and ways of working
