We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract , leading digital marketing across our House of Brands. With a strong focus on customer acquisition, conversion, reactivation and retention, this role plays a critical part in driving sustainable growth and increasing customer lifetime value. You will lead the execution of a multi-channel, performance-led digital marketing strategy, delivering measurable impact within a defined contract period.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the digital marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, SEO, CRM and onsite optimisation , overseeing campaign execution and budget to deliver revenue growth and measurable results.
Translate brand objectives and commercial targets into clear, actionable digital activation plans across the full customer funnel.
Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Customer & Digital teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support loyalty and engagement objectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners to leverage customer data, segmentation and personalised messaging to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Act as a trusted digital partner to our brands , developing a strong understanding of unique business needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights and analytics, using learnings to optimise performance marketing and scale what works.
Key Capabilities
Extensive experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns within a retail or consumer-led environment.
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets , optimising spend across channels to achieve discovery, engagement and performance objectives.
Hands-on experience working with major publishers including Meta, TikTok and Google to plan, execute and optimise campaigns.
Strong capability in tracking, analysing and reporting on KPIs, including reach, impressions, engagement, loyalty sign-ups and conversions .
Proficiency in marketing technology and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics , and customer data platforms (e.g. Tealium ).
Highly analytical with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform optimisation and decision-making.
A data-driven mindset, applying A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance and strengthen customer loyalty.
A passion for customer engagement, digital innovation and performance excellence.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
